The Building History
An incredible gift was given to UrbanReachSTL in October 2019; a 14,502 sq. ft. building in the heart of Columbus Square.
All that was required was to raise five years of back taxes, which was accomplished in two weeks. Even through Covid, the building has been physically cleaned out, environmentally cleaned out, and a new pitched roof put on part of the building.
Rehab Phase
Once cities largest drug house transformed into:
2022 will be the year of restoration.
